If you're optimizing for upscale frozen Elio's.

Should have known better than to trust New Englanders' idea of pizza.

In its defense, I made the dough using the bread machine; it may come out better (less fragile, easier to get thinner) if I knead it by hand. Also, the flavor was pretty decent.
