I'm trying to decide what to make tonight for dessert tomorrow. Bread pudding? Rice pudding? Carrot cake? Banana cake? Biscotti? Boston cream pie? Roasted plums? Poached pears? Brown sugar cookies? Pumpkin turnovers?

Actually, it looks like we'll be going with the carrot cake for tomorrow. But I promise there will be a Boston Cream pie sometime in the near future.

Yeah, but the actual ingredients are weird and kind of hard to obtain. I'm not sure I really want to be cooking with suet.
