I made pork tostadas for dinner last night. Leftovers for lunch. For some reason, I get a huge kick out of the fact that I have a seperate container for my toppings. Pork in spicy tomato sauce with rice (I didn't feel like dealing with the tortillas at work) in one to be heated, then queso fresco and cilantro and avocado and a lime wedge in the other to be added post-heating.
