Update on camera

A shiny new Canon Powershot A590 IS is on its way to me. Please have not steered me wrong, Mr. Intarwebs! (It looks like it's got most of the features I want, and the photos compare favorably to others in its price class. We'll see how this goes. If I find myself longing for a really nice one, we'll see what the SLRs are looking like in five years or so.)
