Did you make your risotto? Do you have a good recipe? I've been looking for a good risotto recipe/someplace that sells great risotto since leaving Campus (I loved loved loved Colin's risotto). I've tried making it myself from a recipe in 'How to Cook Everything', with mediocre results.
Nope. Sorry - it was leftover from a restaurant. They served me enough for dinner and then lunch for two days. Although I think Chuck has a good one, but it's a pain in the ass.
