Second early morning

Got up early again this morning so I could get to an early meeting so I could be chewed out for something that wasn't my fault. Fun. (The whole team was getting chewed out for something that was, in part, collectively our fault. It just wasn't specifically my fault.)

In more cheerful news, I made a Boston Cream Pie last night for dinner tonight, and it looks gorgeous.

I had my first non-early morning of the week. Of course, I didn't get to bed early enough to get enough sleep last night, but at least many chores got done.

The cake does indeed look gorgeous. I hope my barbeque pork loin is worthy to open for it.
