You always have the most interesting conversations after you announce you're leaving.
I've been mostly taking the high road - the tech community is shockingly small, and I may want to work with many of these people again. But man, there were so many problems, and I'm so glad to be leaving a bunch of them behind. I'm sure the new place will have lots of new problems, but at least they'll be new.
I do need to get through a high-stress event I'm running tomorrow that I've been having literal nightmares about.
I'm leaving notes - pages and pages and pages of notes, with supplemental videos. Because oh man, the amount of institutional knowledge stuffed in my head.
