Homesick

I'm reading a book and the characters are on a date in New York's Chinatown. They're getting dim sum and checking out bakeries and wandering through pop up museums, and it's all incidental, and god, I'm so homesick for my own damn city right now. The one that's right there, except these things just don't exist anymore.
