Why am I so convinced that it's Wednesday today?

I'm bored. Bored out of my skull. The stuff I'm doing right now needs to be done, but is unfathomably mind-numbing. I keep hoping that sky pirates will crash through the window or something. With monkeys, if I'm really lucky.

Meanwhile, now it IS Wednesday, but yesterday afternoon, I was thinking it was Thursday. I think Monday was the longest day ever and has distorted our perceptions until we get rebooted by the weekend.
