I just realized that I have two 109s in my list of book reviews. So everything from Middlemarch on is one off, and I'm actually up to 122. Should I go back and relabel?

Don't be silly. The Popes didn't renumber the calendar even after discovering that Jesus was born in BC, instead of at 1 AD. If it works for the Popes (and, by extension, the world), it'll work for you! :)
