Long evening

Spent all late afternoon/evening at rehearsal. Cue to cue, setting the lights. Gaaah. Soooo booooorrriinnng. And I was about ready to smack actors' heads together when they got into a little hissy argument over who got which color laptop. I am eternally grateful to Dan, who brought me dinner so I didn't end up eating peanut butter sandwiches smuggled out of Wilcox like much of the rest of the cast. Campus Club had Chinese - they sent the staff home so they wouldn't get stuck in the snow overnight and ordered takeout for the entire club. So I was doubly glad to get actual Campus food instead of dining hall scrapings.

If it makes you feel any better, it only gets easier from here. Everything gets smoother and runs faster.

If you wanted the full theater experience, you'd have eaten the sandwiches. Actors get used to subsisting on whatever food they can forage. Unless my mother is involved, that is.
