Accidents

ARR has a fake aquarium that lights up and sings songs and has little moving fish, which is attached to the side of his crib. Earlier this evening, while mostly asleep, he apparently threw his legs up in the air (as he is wont to do) and smacked the button. Causing it to suddenly turn on. Cue outraged squawk followed by inevitable wail. "I was sleeping and then suddenly there were LIGHTS and NOISES and now I'm AWAKE and I don't WANNA be awake MOMMY DADDY MAKE IT STOP!"

Fortunately, Daddy bravely charged in and turned the mean aquarium off.

Apparently I didn't feed him enough, because he was up again at 11:30. Rough night. Sigh.
