The doctor appointment at 3:15 that my sister-in-law came out to babysit so I could go to? Was at 11:15. I'd originally had it at 3:15 on a different day, rescheduled it, and kept the old time in my head. Oh, it's on the calendar at the right time, but I didn't even have her come out for the right time. If I'd checked this morning, I would have ended up having her arriving while I was out, having had to drag the baby.

Total scheduling fail. Way to go, me.
