Had a list of stuff to do over the three day weekend. Did none of it.
Well, that's not totally true. We did a bunch of chores. We went bowling. I bought socks and restocked the liquor cabinet.
But that was about it. Instead of writing/planning the honeymoon/buying rings/making doctor's appointments/sewing/responding to letters/mailing stuff/doing taxes/organizing finacial stuff or any of the dozen other things I meant to do, I read, slept, and watched some movies. And slept some more.

Save all the frantic planning for two day weekends that are less like a mini-vacation. (By the way, I'm glad I didn't buy those socks I was looking at for you. But I did get some face cream that I'll send along at some point.)
