The Mayo Clinic says there's nothing that can be done to prevent stretch marks--they're sub-dermal, so no cream is actually going to penetrate to where the damage is being done. But old wives' tales say that cocoa butter is supposed to help, and my skin is increasingly itchy (and weirdly peeling in a couple places), so I figured it couldn't hurt, right?

I smell overwhelmingly like a candy store. It's like being hit in the face with a giant block of white chocolate.

When I was in my early teens, I used Retin-A on stretch marks. However, I don't know if it's safe to use during pregnancy.
