Exciting update!

I caught the guy who lives below us just as he came in--he's gone to check out his bedroom. But he'd just been caught by the folks on the ground floor, who I could hear from the stairwell anyway. Went down--their ceiling has bowled in there's water coming down the side, plus it's spread to the center of their ceiling and is also dripping on their bed. So clearly it's also puddling in the side of the second floor and then spreading out between the floor and ceiling down there. Awesome. I hope we're high enough that doesn't start happening to us, too.

The super's already in their basement, so I guess that saves us another phone call?
