can't sleep...robots will shoot me...

I had not one, but two different Portal-related nightmares last night. Bringing the total of Portal-related nightmares in the last two nights to three. I think I'm really glad I finished this game.

I don't usually have dreams that are quite so obvious in where they came from. I wonder if it's because it was a game that I interacted with instead of a book or movie I just consumed?

I think there's something about certain visuals that ties in very strongly to our dreams. Like if you go on a roller coaster, you can feel yourself doing it again as you fall asleep. Maybe it's something about the FPS perspective?

Last night I dreamed that there was no milk at the supermarket, and a random woman told me to watch her toddler as she wandered off to find someone to restock it, and I was left going uh...I have places to be. How long do I have to stand with this child?
