Pride parade

So I'm hesitantly considering braving the happy chaos that's going to be the Pride parade tomorrow. (I hadn't been planning to until last night--I'm usually a little intimidated by the crowds--but now I kind of feel like I want to be supportive and help celebrate.) Chuckro can't go, because of schoolwork. Is anyone going who might not mind a tagalong?

I just wanted to say that I'm in SF right now and had no idea until the night before my flight this was pride weekend. On one hand: neat. On the other hand: fuck.

I suspect you're better off in SF than in NY this weekend, though, given the recent news. I'm sure there'll be revelry over there, but nothing compared to over here.

I saw a lot of 'We <3 NY' shirts/posters. My favorite sticker is probably 'Two girls kissing is hot. Two wives kissing is hotter.'
