My spaghetti squash looked fine, but when I cut it open, it was liquid inside. All the squash sloshed out.

I just learned the lesson of read the recipe all the way through. Am making beef stew, so spent an hour chopping everything first. Then looked at the recipe and saw that the beef needs to cook an hour before the veggies, so if I'd started that first, I'd be having dinner at 7. Instead of 8.
