Why else is she living in my playstation and taunting me?

New exercise video is tough. I got it because all the running in the world won't help me with my upper body strength.

I have learned an important lesson. All the running in the world didn't help me with my upper body strength.

I feel woobly. Which I know all too well is going to translate into "in incredible amounts of tired muscle-pain for the rest of the week". Oh dear.

Yeah, I'm new to the running thing.

A lifetime of dodgy knees and other joints have made it a sometimes food, but I'm trying to get on it for real this time!
