I just gave an hour long tutorial on basic Excel to a bunch of my coworkers. (It was decided there had been too much random flailing, and people really needed to learn how to, say, add a line without breaking 40 links.) I think it went pretty well - people seemed happy and no one fell asleep. My jaw really hurts, though. Combination of talking without stop for an hour and the angle my screen was at, I think.
