Or rather, Chuckro can make pulled pork. Very excellent pulled pork. My contribution was turning half a carton of strawberries into daiquiris.

Started with the pork in a 12" cast-iron skillet; seasoned it with salt, pepper and chili powder and seared it on all sides, then covered it with foil and put it in the oven at 300 for about 3.5 hours. When it came out, I pulled the pork apart with a big fork and stirred in about a cup of BBQ sauce. That was pretty much it.

Well, you can't leave the house. But other than that, it's pretty painless.

It's a trade-off. There are times when I've thought "I should make pulled pork!" at four in the afternoon... too late for crockpot.
