Spent a lovely Saturday at the Jersey shore. The water's pretty rough right now - getting pushed around by the hurricane. It was amazing how much of a relief coming down to the water was, though. Probably five or ten degrees cooler as soon as you got onto the beach, and another five when you got onto the wet sand. Given that our car's thermometer was reporting 100 degrees, the sea breeze was definitely welcome.

In other news, chuckro seems to be getting better...while I start getting sick. D'oh.

Doh! Hope you get better soon!
Do you two continue to kiss and share food and such while one of you is sick? I sometimes reduce contact with Michael when he's sick, but he never does when I'm sick, which makes it near-inevitable that he'll also get sick.

We tried, actually. And it seemed to work for awhile. But then it caught up with me.

Actually, I'm feeling somewhat better today. The fact that I went to bed at 7:30 yesterday and slept for 11 hours may have something to do with this.
