Things I hate about winter #243

My skin is so dry that when I work out in the mornings, the salt from my sweat makes the skin on my face burn.

This winter, I have finally started to understand the appeal of the expensive spa. Oh, how I wish I could just sit in a vat of warm moisturizer until my skin finally absorbed enough to stop flaking.

The series started out as episodic paranormal mysteries, has become increasingly myth-arc focused, and in this book finally gives up any pretense at being episodic.
