We had to get a document notarized by the Turkish consulate today.

So many taxis )

All in all, between 9am and about 5pm, I was in the museum for maybe an hour and a half.

And it rained for pretty much the entire time.

Ah well. In other news, I finished the shirt I was making for Chuck. It's not bad. The shoulders don't quite fall right - I think in retrospect, I should have put in gussets or maybe a yoke. But it's acceptable, and I'm pretty proud of the cuffs. They're big sleeves, so there was a lot of gathering involved, and I trimmed them with a green ribbon that I think looks rather striking.
