The princess and the llama
Mar. 13th, 2007 08:58 amLast night, I dreamt I was a princess. I married a prince to become queen, and as a betrothal gift, instead of a horse, he gave me a llama. The llama spit nasty black gunk, which wasn't entirely pleasing. But I finally managed to get it to stop spitting at me and let me ride it. Which was a good thing, because while riding in the valley, our kingdom was attacked. We raced back up to our mountaintop fortress on our llamas. My king was trying to hold them off and made me escape in a hot air balloon. I landed far from our mountains, and made my way across the plains to another castle, where the exiled queen of the people who attacked us lived with her son. Despite my ragtag appearance, I managed to convince her to hire me on to teach her son my language (which apparently was French). We were waiting out the end of the war when I woke up.
