Saw A Chorus Line on Friday with Chuck. I've seen almost no theater at Princeton in my four years here - kind of a shame, really. I thought they did a rather nice job. Some weakness in the vocals, but that could very well be blamed on the minor flu epidemic we're suffering here. It wasn't totally blow-you-away fabulous, but it was well done and I enjoyed it. Chuck was more critical - but then he's a bit more of a theater snob than me.
And then went to yet another disappointing Princeton sports event with the band. This weekend, we can watch men's hockey lose instead of men's basketball! Yay! There's a serious amount of suckage this year in Princeton sports. Which makes band events increasingly depressing to some extent. Band is still fun, but you get tired of losing after awhile. Ah well - at least we beat the other band. They started out strong, but faded badly as the game went on. Hurray for our brass, and for our very large repetoire.
And now off to dance class! Yay!
