So yesterday I did a massive apartment cleaning - sweeping behind the microwave, bleaching the shower, boxing up old clothes to give to Goodwill as well as the more usual cleaning of vacuuming, dusting, mopping, cleaning the bathrooms, etc. Which is all very well and good, but somewhere along there I spent too much time bending over. (Deep cleaning the carpet, maybe?) And now the muscles in my butt and the backs of my legs are killing me. I'm having trouble getting out of chairs and I'm kind of waddling around the office. Oh, Jeth. You're an idiot.

(Although the distraction of the extreme stiffness may be why I managed to dump quite a lot of raw chicken juice down the front of my wool coat at the grocery store. Great. Coat has been rendered a salmonella sponge. So that needs to be dealt with before I can wear it to work again.)
