On the other, I think I've still got four chapters to go, and about four days to write them in.

This may be a stupid question, but is it really the end of the world if you need an extra few days to finish writing if you've already hit your length minimum?

Honestly, I'm a little afraid that if I don't get this done by the deadline, I won't actually finish it. December is very full of things that need doing, and I think my husband grows tired of me always hogging the computer and not having time to play with him anyway.
