So tired

I have used my day off productively. So many chores. Where did all the chores come from? Straightening, cleaning, dusting, laundry, bed making, putting away clothes, food shopping, baking, cooking, bill paying, finance entering, bathroom cleaning, delicates handwashing, and sending a ream of emails all taken care of. Fall over now.

Solidarity of sweeping and cleaning women across the city! I didn't get a full day to do it, but I think I made a good go of it. Excuse me while I collapse.

I would also have cleaned! I just had to go to work, because the stock market is (oddly) open on Columbus day.

I am trying to do all these things before I leave for SF on Friday. Gah! Also, stock the fridge so that Scott has things to eat.

Delicates handwashing has not happened for a year now. I gave up and started machine watching the bras, so there's no compelling need to wash the blouses. Except that I like them, and it'd be nice to have them back in usable possession.
