Found you! I'm participating too, nominally. There's no way I can write 50,000 words in a month with two opera performances per weekend *and* a major holiday, but I'm planning to join the Manhattan write-ins in hope of hitting 25,000. Even that would be more than I've written in a long time.
It's the first time I haven't had a giant to-do list for this month. With Chuckro at grad school, I have a fair amount of alone time. Plus, I get two days off from work in addition to the Thanksgiving weekend.
Best of luck to you. Be sure to get a counter and keep us updated on your progress.
Myself, I'll stick to cheering you on from sidelines. But I'm going to try and write more now that we're doing writing group. Will we see some of your Nano stuff there?
Congrats! I suspect that however much you manage to write, it will be excellent. I'd love to participate, but I have a massive writing project of my own every November in a slightly different genre. Speaking of which, I should make the standard call-for-addresses post soon...
