The zombie meeting that would not die

This Very Important meeting next week is currently on its fourth proposed date. It's been completely cancelled twice, and yet come roaring back from the dead. I've got about four anxious emails and a voicemail from people trying to find out what's going on. Since we've moved again, I no longer have a location. I barely have time to get a food or AV order in on time, and should have told other departments two weeks in advance of the meeting, which is currently set for Tuesday. No restaurant reservations have been made, no gifts have been bought. At this point, I'm not positive of who's coming and who's not. Oh meeting, I hate you.
