Soup?

My lemon-chicken soup with rice has condensed down into something more akin to rice pudding than soup. Lemony, chickeny rice pudding. It's not bad, just - odd.

I feel like that's a common problem of my chicken-rice soup--condensing into a somewhat moist chicken and rice. The fact that this soup has eggs cooked into it would just make the pudding part of it more obvious.

It was the Greek Lemon Egg soup from Joy of Cooking. I can send you the recipe, if you'd like. It was really easy to make.
