I think the problem is that I have a lot of little things to do that keep getting interrupted. So I've thought "Oh, I need to do X" five or six times today, but haven't done it, or only got part of it done before being interrupted. And so I'll think of X for the 7th time and have the panic that I haven't done it yet that you would from having continually thought of and forgotten something for a week. And then realize that it's still the beginning of the week, I'm still on schedule, and I only found out I needed to do it this morning.
