Day 8: I brought both my boots and my camera to work today. Which means I spent lunch tramping through the Ramble in Central Park, taking pictures. It's incredibly gorgeous out there. Also strangely disorienting. You can barely even see the skyline, and everything looks different.

The ducks were all swimming around the lake with snow on their backs.

As it got worse, the view from the 15th floor at work got more and more opaque, to the point where the only visual against the white was the corner of the building.

It was lovely to walk home in at 1pm. LESS lovely when it turned to hail about two hours later...
