Stomach, why are you in knots today? You don't actually have anything you're worried about...so why are you acting like it?

Subconcious, what's with all the nightmares? It's been three nights running now of bad dreams...exhibitions coming out terribly, rat infestations, people dying, vacations being ruined, radiation accidents, Chuckro being mad at you, dealing with visas going horribly awry, someone literally eating your arm leaving you to look at the stump in horror. What the hell?

Yeah, I think it's hormones. I used to have those kinds of really horrifying dreams when I was your age. (They were so bad I still remember them clearly.) Now I have stupid dreams of selling my house to buy another one that turns out to be really ugly; but I have a similar emotional reaction to the stupid dreams as I did to the really awful ones.

There's an article in the Times today that says that nightmares peak around 25, and then decrease for the rest of your life.
Hum. I thought mine peaked when I was 9 or so. Past 10 years my dreams have mainly just been incoherent. @_@
