Moar weddings

Flew up to Toronto this past weekend for a wedding. It's a bit of a pity--traveling for weddings is rather like traveling for business, in that you don't really get to see much of a place. Toronto seems lovely, even if the traffic is abysmal. (I know there's a film festival going on, but was it really necessary to have every major road we needed to drive on under construction? We spent half an hour traveling three blocks (with our hotel on the last block, and no other way to get there). Chuckro actually got out of the car, walked over to the front desk, checked us in, and found out where I needed to park in the time it took me to travel three car lengths.

But the city itself seems very nice--we'll have to visit again some time when we have time to appreciate it. In the summer.

(As for the wedding, it was charming and lots of fun. I'm glad we were able to make the trip.)
