Grumble, grumble

Certain people have today off. Thhhppptt to them.

In other news, the guy fixing our office vents has a really cool Scottish accent.

My office is a dead zone. Between Good Friday and Passover, there are about five people here. I even got a seat on the PATH train this morning. Creepy.

I didn't get a seat until 14th Street, but there were three or four people standing in the car instead of 20. And I did get a seat on the subway.

We have the strangest setup here, where traditionally the governor lets us all out of school, but doesn't announce til the day. But he didn't do it this year.

Entertainingly, I was like, no, it's Monday you should have off, that's the big official state holiday, rather than little religious ones like Good Friday and Easter. But then I remembered that you're down in NY, so there's no Patriot's Day for you either. I have Monday off for that...though I'll definitely be doing some work this weekend.

Did that make any sense? (Don't actually answer that, but I'm tired enough not to quite be sure.)
