Dear ARR,

Darling son, light of my life, handsomest of all little boys. Remember those two weeks where, during the night, you would sleep for three or four hours at a stretch before waking up and wanting me? Could we maybe work on remembering how to do that again? Because this eating once an hour thing isn't working so well for your mommy and daddy. Mommy doesn't do so great on four hours of discontinuous sleep, and her dreams are getting really strange. And that's really saying something, for her.

Sorry, I imagined your baby with a pirate hat and an eyepatch yelling "Arrr! Get me some grub ya saucy wench!" periodically through the night.

Nah, that feels like a fairly accurate image at the moment. He's currently wearing his skull and crossbones onesie, so it works.
