Crazy person results!

Ok, so here's the photos of the crazy person birthday cake.

This was a three layer brown sugar cake with raw eggless cookie dough and chocolate ganache between each layer, frosting in cookie dough flavored buttercream, by the way. Which was delicious.

Royal icing. Took freaking forever. I made something like 15-20 petals--three managed to make it onto the cake intact, with two more slightly broken. The rest shattered. (Which is why I made so many.) I managed to reduce one entire sheaf to powder trying to get them off the pan.

It was a perfectly nice party. The clothes were fairly fabulous(ly awful). I'm still delighted you were able to make it up for the shower last weekend.
