Random things

- I'm going to Houston for a business trip next week. It's supposed to be 90 degrees and I'm supposed to be wearing suits. (Apparently they have wicked air conditioning down there.) I'm going to roast, then freeze, then roast, then freeze. Fun times.

- I had Korean BBQ for the first time last night. I've been to Korean restaurants before, and not been terribly enthusiastic. The flavor sets of the hot pots and the noodles don't seem to be terribly appealing to me. Didn't get why people raved about Korean food. Now I get it. Holy mackeral, that BBQ was addictively delicious.

I don't know if you eat pork, but pork bulgolgi is basically one of my favorite things ever.

I eat most things. And the pork was really delicious.

I like Korean food and Korean BBQ was still a revelation. Wonderful stuff.

Revelation is the word. What do they put in that marinade, crack? I ate way, way too much meat and didn't regret it a bit.

I ate far too much my first time, too, and, like you, I had no regrets. So tasty...
