Experiments

Roasted cauliflower is really good. Cut into eigths, coat in olive oil, salt and pepper, roast tented in foil at 475 F for 10 minutes, 10 minutes untented, flip, and 10 more minutes until golden on both sides. It gets rid of all the sulfur overtones, so it's sweet and a little nutty. So delicious.

I recently roasted some cauliflower and tossed that with penne, a little olive oil, some pine nuts, some golden raisins, and some red pepper flake.

SO GOOD.
