And chard

We were supposed to get rainbow chard, but the farmer ran out and they just gave us regular chard instead. We tried it wilted down with raisins, cranberries, and pine nuts in balsamic vinegar. Not bad, but Chuckro's comment was that he would have liked it better uncooked.

It seemed like a delightful salad that just happened to be warm and wilted, was my thought. Maybe if we cut out the ribs and just made a salad of the leaves?
