Well, that's officially sad

My Dreamwidth feed has so few entries that it actually came up blank. :(

So I guess I need to provide content. My office went skiing! ...apparently I'm one of the best skiers in the office. Actually, the only advanced skier at all, the other three people hitting the harder trails with me were all snowboarders. Although J used to be a ski instructor and apparently grew up on the US Ski Team (I think her mom was on it?), and was surprised and complimentary about how fast I was taking things.

Which was helpful when one of the newbies begged for us to take him up to the big slopes (we took him on the easiest green) and decided his approach was to just plummet straight down the mountain without actually turning at all. I ended up flying after him (slightly offset so when he faceplanted he wouldn't take me with him), repeatedly retrieving lost skis...
