A discovery
Feb. 19th, 2019 10:38 amI found a little hand-held milk frother someone had given us and I'd forgotten about. Did you know that if you warm the milk and add the cocoa and sugar while the coffee is brewing, and froth the milk AFTER you already have cocoa in there, you get chocolate foam? (I don't think the syrups they use at coffee shops work this way.) Chocolate foam is AMAZING, guys. AMAZING.
