Happenings
Oct. 6th, 2015 06:40 pmThe important news of the day is that ARR is officially having the egg and hazelnut allergy diagnoses removed. We're supposed to be treating the egg thing cautiously--only a couple bites at a time, a couple times a week. But we're actively supposed to be feeding him eggs and tree nuts at this point. Hurray!
Milk still raises a giant welt. But we've gone down from I think +15 to +10. The peanut's still a welt, too, although smaller. The plan is to try an oral challenge with milk baked into something around his birthday.
In unrelated news, our office was sent a telepresence robot to play with. Basically a screen on a stand with wheels that the person on the webcam drives. Slowly. Almost silently. At slow zombie speed. Disembodied head rolling quietly at you, talking. We live in the future. It's really creepy here.
