The gift that keeps on giving

I've managed to acquire not only a major sinus infection, but also conjunctivitis. Thanks, ARR! And of course, they both had to really flare up on Saturday night. Because neither my doctor nor any of the urgent care facilities in the area I could find have hours on Sundays. Guess who spent three hours in the ER this morning waiting to be subscribed not one but two different antibiotics?

On the other hand, seeing Feiran, Trinityvixen, and ECMyers was delightful. And ARR did a marvelous job of being super charming and showing off his new ability to scootch tiny distances. (He raises his butt in the air and then lunges forward. Not super efficient, but he can gradually make his way to a toy he wants. Sometimes. Sometimes he just rotates in a circle.) So the day was not a total loss.
