Kicking

I'll admit I'm incredibly relieved every time I feel Smidgen move. Not in a "oh this is amazing, I am communing with my little angel" sense so much as in a "oh thank God, kiddo, you're still alive in there". I wish my belly had a window or something so I could check on him. If I were an OB, I suspect I'd be strapping on a fetal heart monitor three times a day.

Yes, I am an anxious person by nature, why do you ask?

In other news

My belly button is flattening out. It's signficantly shallower than it used to be.

This is weird.

Ok, and now we're done with sharing time for the moment.
