They recently swapped my department from one email server to another. Doing so meant I also had to get my software upgraded, which was far more trouble than it should have been (I ended up being passed between three different people, none of whom apparently bothered to talk to each other). But I like the new software better, so yay. Never mind all my folders were messed up and I spent two days getting things back in order.
Today, it appears that they tied my voicemail into my email. And I don't think they did this right. So now, when I get voicemail, it sends me audio files to my email instead of recording it on my phone. Which is just as well, because when I try to retrieve messages on my phone, it reads me my email. With no warning. So when I originally deleted messages on my phone in bafflement, it deleted them from my email. Again, no warning or explanation here.
What. The. Hell.
