Central Park exercise
Sep. 14th, 2010 01:19 pmTook a quick walk in the park. Felt virtuous for getting a little bit of exercise. I keep passing people with personal trainers doing calisthenics, though, and I can't help but wonder--who has the time and money for that? I mean, they're clearly out there for awhile, plus time to shower. And I've seen them at random times, too, not just lunch time. Granted, clearly I'm able to get out of the office for twenty minutes to take a walk, but that's entirely dependent on how my day is going. I certainly couldn't schedule a personal trainer. It's almost all women, usually blond, too. Rich guys' wives?
I stepped in gum, and then gravel. Ended up with a quarter inch of little stones and sticks glued to my foot. I've managed to get most of it off with a paper towel, but now there's the distinct odor of artificial spearmint.
